TEN days of reflection and creation full of "R"s - Rest, Reflect, Restore, Reclaim, Rise, Reignite.  This project serves 100 women and 20-30 children with an imaginative, healing theme - Phoenix Rising. It includes "This is Me" performance, creation of "mythical self" self-portraits, mural creation, and fire jar art.  This project expresses the cycle of women flying strong, bursting into flame, resting radically in the ashes and rising again.  #riseup
